A SMART goal is Specific, Measurable, lists your Actions, detailed Results, and is Time-dependent. Giving SMART answers at interviews meant that I rarely got rejected while hunting for graduate jobs (that happened at the other stages), but why would we want to apply this thinking to our goals?⁠
